I have created a technique that can help people on a much deeper level on their healing path and release deep-seated emotions, feelings, and memories. We all have different blocks that hold us back. forgiving others but forgiving ourselves and learning to love ourselves on a much deeper level and letting go.
Forgiveness starts when you can let go of negative emotions tied to a memory or situation. Holding onto negative emotions like anger, hurt, loathing, and resentment is counterproductive. Holding onto negative emotions is like holding on to a lump of hot coal while waiting for the other person to start burning. Harboring such negative emotions will only hurt you in the end. You may never forget the experience that led you to feel betrayed, nor do you condone the other person's actions, but by striving to start letting go of negative emotions you can start healing today.
Think of a time when you tried to get the attention of a person in the middle of a good movie or checking email on the computer. Hypnosis feels very similar to the state of being ‘zoned out’ in front of the TV or Computer.
It happens easily through natural relaxation and focus of attention. You are aware and alert and if you need to get up or interrupt yourself you can – but you are focused intently on what you are doing.
