Letting Go of the Past

There comes a time when you have to stop wishing for a better past.

To get the inner soundness and peace, you must let go of the pain. It doesn't mean that we forget, but we must let go of whatever pains that we are holding. way that is needed for your progress.

Letting go doesn’t mean you forget, it means you have grown and put the past in the past, so you are longer triggered by the past experiences, which maybe holding you back.

We experience the world in many ways that are unique to each of us. We all have our ways of processing events that occur in our lives. We cannot change another person or your experiences.

Your life might have been difficult and you may have survived a great deal of turmoil. We can have memories, but without the emotional attachment or need for the old behavior.

You are here in the now, and the past is behind you. Without experiencing the good and the bad, you would not be as strong. By making the changes at a deep level of understanding and acceptance, to become healthier on all levels, you must let go of the past traumas.
