We can’t stop time, but we don’t have to wait to live.
We all know we can reflect on our lives and often do. But we don’t always do it in a purposeful manner, one that will bring more meaning into our lives and help us and/or those we love and care about with end of life. That’s where Living Life Tribute can help; it’s an opportunity to learn techniques for better days at any stage of life. And, it is especially important for those facing end of life and their loved ones and caregivers.
We will show you how to celebrate the life you have had and create better days for the life you have. You will have the opportunity to:
Reflect on your life—the people, events, values, challenges and joys that have given your life a sense of purpose and meaning.
Leave a legacy by creating memories for loved ones to keep.
Learn to come to terms with unresolved issues and have difficult conversations.
Create goals and celebrations for the future.
Create a Living Life Document, accompanied by the Five Wishes, a legal document regarding your wishes for end of life.
Get referrals for estate planning.
You will also be taught techniques and kindness action steps to improve your life and those of others, moment-by-moment on a daily basis.
Planning for life’s last chapter frees us up to live and focuses us on becoming the people we want to be. Whether you are an individual, a caregiver, a palliative care provider or part of a business or organization working in the fields of chronic illness or aging, our workshop teaches you how to improve life at any stage through reflection, planning, actions and, ultimately, celebration.
You can attend one of our upcoming workshops or contact any of us to design one for your group or organization.
