Guided meditation is a great way of experiencing meditation for those who are trying it for the first time and for the experienced meditators. I do all the work for you while I guide you through this wonderful experience.
Bring a mat, pillow or cushion... to make yourself more comfortable as we work on our Inner Soundness. Invite your friends. The more the merrier but space is limited to, so please RSVP.
Doors open at 5:30pm to mingle.
