Does Hypnosis work virtually or over the phone?

One thing I have noticed in recent years is the growing number of clients curious about getting Hypnosis virtually and are wondering if a virtual Hypnosis session is as effective as an in-person one. While I prefer doing Hypnosis in-person, that doesn't mean that Hypnosis virtually is less effective. I have even successfully Hypnotized people over the phone. A virtual Hypnosis session is just as good as an in-person one.

With that being said, there are a few things that a client can do to help get the most out of their virtual Hypnosis session. One thing that will help clients get the most out of their Hypnosis session is minimizing distractions. For example clients might have difficulty relaxing if they are cooking something on the stove that can burn. Likewise they might have trouble relaxing if they have barking dogs that jump on top of them.

Another thing that can benefit clients to have a better virtual session is making sure they are in a comfortable place. Whether that place is a couch, a bed, a recliner, etc. it doesn't matter as long as they are comfortable being their for thirty minutes to an hour and a half. Last tip I can give clients to get the most out of a virtual session is that they have a good internet/cellular connection.

A question that comes up is what happens if a Hypnosist and their client gets disconnected mid-Hypnosis session? One thing that can happen is the client falls asleep and then wakes up after they have rested. Another thing that can happen is the client realizing that you have stopped talking will bring themselves out of Hypnosis to reestablish the lost connection.

By taking those few simple suggestions and implementing them when you seek a virtual Hypnosis session, you can attain all the benefits you would enjoy from an in-person Hypnosis session.
