In addition to the meditation, we will have an interactive group participation utilizing Neuroplasticity Rebalancing. You will learn the techniques to help you remove the blocks which may be holding you back from your happiness.

Guided meditation is a great way of experiencing meditation for those who are trying it for the first time and for the experienced meditators. I do all the work for you while I guide you through this wonderful experience.
