Have you ever noticed how when you think about what you don’t want, what you don’t want seems to happen more often. When you’re running late, everything seems to be in your way. Or when you think about a certain physical pain and how much you want it to go away, the more you notice the pain.
It’s funny how when you think about what you don’t want, how you keep getting more of what you don’t want. So switch it around. Instead of thinking about what you don’t want, start thinking about what you do want.
When thinking about what you do want, think of it as passionately as you do about things that you don’t want. See, feel, hear, smell and taste it in your mind’s eye and make it as real as you can make it. If you need help with it, start to write it down. Break down what you want one at a time. What does that look like, what does that feel like, what does that sound like… Make it as real as you can in your mind.
For example, you want a healthy relationship. What does that relationship look like to you? How does that relationship feel? See yourself in that relationship. And to make it as real as you can, feel the gratitude you feel to have such a loving healthy relationship.
Feeling of gratitude is a wonderful tool to help you manifest more of what you do want.
